Kevin has held his broker’s license since 1989 and owned many homes of his own since his first home purchase in 1980. He knows from firsthand experience how it feels to be on the buying and selling ends of transactions.
A true full-service broker, Kevin embraces new technology and continually upgrades his marketing practices to stay at the forefront of our ever changing real estate market. His dedication to his craft has motivated him to train and mentor many of his fellow brokers, as well as earn many awards and certifications including Professional Selling Skills (PSS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Staging Professional (CSP), and Certified Short Sale Specialist (CSSS).
Outside of work, Kevin is a commercially rated helicopter pilot and enjoys being a mentor for Raisbeck Aviation High School students. He has also coached kids 15 and under in soccer, basketball, and baseball and enjoys travel, boating, and skiing with his wife and two grown sons.
